Worship is the Heart

Worship is the heart of what we do at His People. Worship allows us to speak to God in spiritual songs. When we open our mouths in worship to God, he fills us with a new song. He gives us a new heavenly language we use to pray to him, and to get the victory — to bombard the camp of the enemy — and to save the world from Satan’s kingdom with the glorious power of the Gospel.

Worship is essential preparation for all of our ministry — for outreach, for teaching, and in fact for anything we do for God. Worship builds us up on our most holy faith. We begin every Bible School session with worship. Collectively, we unite ourselves in singing songs to God to enter into his presence as His People.
